Top to bottom Spurk HVAC, LLC gets the job done to your satisfaction. The quote process was easy and simple, and Ethan in the front office was very helpful when it came to explanation and suggestion. Because they’re in the upper echelon of mini split installers, he was able to model out my basement to find the perfect sizing for the job. This differed from other quotes where I got a “more is better” approach.
The actual installation was a dream. The Spurk team arrived punctually every day for 3 days without fail. They asked relevant questions and started work. They were as quiet as installers can be and finished the job quickly and effectively. They assisted in the setup of my new smart thermostat, and they made sure I was satisfied with the project before they left. Everything installed functions beautifully. I’ve noticed a difference immediately. Also importantly, they completed the job with minimal impact on my home. Everyone I spoke to through the entire process was professional and very focused on my needs. From the initial service visit, to the replacement consultation and then the actual replacement of my furnace everything was fantastic. And the replacement was very reasonable priced as well. Had issues with past HVAC and switched to Spurk when we had an issue with the furnace. Technician was prompt, thorough, and educated us as to what he found.
